Salted tuna tasting route

From the sea, between the gate houses, you will see â€˜La Chancaâ€™, the only remaining building dedicated to the tuna industry. Discover the taste of salted tuna in a tasting at sea.

Enjoy oysters from MarConil, cultivated 4 miles from the coast, the most valued for its flavour and freshness. You can taste this exquisite delicacy with a glass of cava.

GOLAH TURISMO MARINERO CONIL

The GOLAH TURISMO MARINERO CONIL project has been 50% funded through GALPA Cádiz, an entity authorized by the Junta de Andalucía, thanks to the European Maritime of Fishing and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF 2021-2027).

The acquired elements correspond to the purchase of the boat and engine, safety equipment, audio guides, and work clothing.

Specific objective 3.1: Contribute to enabling a sustainable blue economy in insular and inland coastal areas, and promote the development of fishing communities.

Specific objective 3.2.02.14: Implementation of Community-Led Local Development Strategies.

Project co-financed 70% by EMFAF and 30% by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fishing, Water and Rural Development of the Junta de Andalucía.

Project cost: 94.173,04€

Aid received: 47,086.52€

Additionally, the creation of this website has been co-funded by EMFAF funds and the Junta de Andalucía, within the framework of the 2024 Production and Marketing Plan of OPP72.
