Immerse yourself in the artisanal sector, you will learn about the fishing gear, the net setting systems, and the slaughtering in snowy water that allows the product to be taken fresh and with the best quality to the fish market in Conil.

Enjoy the history of how the town of Conil was forged around a trade such as artisanal fishing and the almadraba. Sail along our coasts and see the fishermen's quarter from the sea.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA RUTA

On this route, we will depart from the fishing dock of Conil, and we will sail calmly so that you can enjoy the wonderful landscapes of our coastline, visiting its beaches and coves, such as the famous Cala del Aceite, the cliffs of Puntalejo and Fuente del Gallo, the beach of Fontanilla and just in front of the town of Conil, the beaches of Chorrillo and Bateles. You can learn about the history of Conil, the Guzman Tower, how the almadraba was worked from the 15th century to the present day and also the different artisanal fishing techniques used by our boats, where we will look for the boats that are fishing in the area, and we will approach them so that you can see how they fish and learn about the different species that are caught in these waters, which is why this type of fishing means that the fish from Conil has a certified designation of origin, due to its high quality.

If for any reason beyond the control of the company Golah Charter, we cannot see any fishing boat fishing at sea (as it may be that all the boats are fishing too far away that day or have not gone out to fish), the route will be completed with explanations of the different fishing gear by means of audio guides, a visit to the Conil fish market and the fishing dock, where we can see the sale of fish and the different fishing boats on the quay.

The duration of the routes is approx. 1.5 hours.

RECOMMENDATIONS / OBSERVATIONS

-Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the booked activity.

If the activity booked does not meet the minimum capacity of 5 people, Golah Charter may opt for operational cancellation, notifying the client within 24 hours prior to the activity, offering him/her:

-The total refund (100%) of all amounts paid for the cancelled activity, within a maximum period of 10 working days.
